ABOUT

Help Meowt founder Tabatha, joined the veterinary industry in 1998 as a veterinary nurse and quickly advanced her skills to specialist level when she joined the Animal Cancer Care team at the University of QLD in 2002 as an oncology nurse. When Animal Cancer Care moved to Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre, Tabatha began to move into more senior roles and subsequently spent the past 10 years in management roles.

 

Having enjoyed participating in the development of veterinary nurse training packages as a past chairperson of the TQB Industry Advisory Board, as well filling guest lecturer roles at TAFE from 2014 - 2015, Tabatha now works in a part time capacity with the Australian College Of Veterinary Nursing as a Nurse Educator when she is not working within her business Help Moewt.

Team management and job satisfaction has been a special interest of Tabatha's. During her many years in management she has developed a passion for developing and mentoring teams. After all, the very heart and soul of any business are the employees and without them businesses simply do not function as they should. This is multi faceted and begins with recruiting the right people, then supporting, developing and mentoring them to encourage a positive team dynamic and ensure their best performance for your business.
